RECETTE ORIGINALE DE L’IRISH COFFEE
📜 INGRÉDIENTS
3,5 cl (1 oz) de whisky irlandais (Black Bush, Paddy, Tullamore Dew…)
9 cl (3 oz) de café espresso à torréfaction moyenne bien chaud
1 cl (1/3 oz) de sirop de sucre de canne 1883 Maison Routin
3 cl (1 oz) de crème fouettée
Faites réchauffer le whisky avec le sucre (à feux doux afin de ne pas faire bouillir le whisky) dans une casserole en remuant.
Préparez votre espresso et versez-le sur le whisky chaud et sucré, remuez légèrement.
Versez le tout dans le verre rincé au préalable à l’eau chaude et nappez la surface de crème fouettée, c’est prêt !
Dégustez sans attendre!
💡 ASTUCE ?
Pour mieux réussir votre crème, placez-la au congélateur 20 minutes avant de la fouetter énergiquement.
Pour remplacer la crème fouettée, versez de la crème fraîche sur le café alcoolisé en utilisant le dos d’une cuillère. Évitez de mélanger.
